Barbara Streisand se vraća režiji

Legendarna glumica i pevačica Barbara Streisend ponovo će se naći iza kamere, prvi put u poslednjih 16 godina. Ona će režirati film "Skinny and Cat", koji govori o vezi američkog pisca Erskina Caldwella i fotografkinje Margaret Bourke. Polslenji film koji je Barbara režirala bio je "The Mirror Has Two Faces" 1996. godine, u kome je igrala i glavnu ulogu. 

Inače, Barbara ovih dana radi punom parom iako je nedavno napunila 70 godina. Ima nekoliko rasprodatih koncerata u Njujorku, ulogu u filmu "The Guilt Trip", a priprema i album dueta.

Billboard Charts: Game na prvom mestu liste albuma, "Moves Like Jagger" najpopularniji singl! / Game tops albums chart, "Moves like Jagger" the most popular single!

Američki reper Game dobio je svoj treći #1 album na Billboard Top 200 listi. Njegovo novo izdanje "R.E.D." bilo je najprodavanije prošle nedelje sa 98 000 primeraka.

Prošlonedeljni #1 album, "Watch the Throne", Jay-Zija i Kanye Westa, pao je na drugo mesto (94 000).

Novi album Barbare Streisand, "What Matters Most", debitovao je na četvrtom mestu (68 000). Ovo je njen 31. top 10 album čime je došla do trećeg mesta liste izvođača sa najviše top 10 albuma iza grupe Rolling Stones (36) i Franka Sinatre (33), a ispred grupe The Beatles (30).

Do petog mesta stigle su Pistol Annies, novi bend pevačice Mirande Lambert, sa albumom "Hell on Heels" (44 000).

Album obrada iz popularne serije "Muppets" - "Muppets: The Green Album" nalazi se na osmom mestu sa 30 000 primeraka. Pesme iz legendarne serije izvode mnogi poznati izvođači.

Što se liste singlova tiče, do prvog mesta konačno je stigao duet Adama Levina i Christine Aguilere "Moves Like Jagger". Ovo je bila najprodavanija pesma u zemlji (217 000), dok je na 11. mestu po slušanosti na radio-stanicama. Ovo je drugi #1 singl za Maroon 5 u karijeri i prvi #1 za Christinu u poslednjih 10 godina.
Adam ove nedelje ima još jedan top 10 hit, jer je njegova saradnja sa Gym Class Heroes "Stereo Hearts" dospela na 10. mesto, što je prvi top 10 hit za ovaj bend.

Prošlonedeljni #1 hit, Katy Perry - "Last Friday Night", pao je na peto mesto zbog velikog pada u prodaji (sa četvrtog na 14. mesto).

Barbara Streisand's newest album, "What Matters Most", arrives at #4 (68 000). This is her 31st top 10 album which pulls her ahead of the Beatles for the third-most top 10s in history. (The fab four have 30.) Only the Rolling Stones (with 36) and Frank Sinatra (33) have more than Streisand.
Miranda Lambert's new band Pistol Annies debuts at #5 with "Hell On Heels" (44 000).
A cover album of "Muppets" songs - "Muppets: The Green Album" bows at #8 (30 000). Songs from the legendary show are performed by various famous performers.
As for the singles chart, Adam Levine's and Christina Aguilera's duet "Moves Like Jagger" finally gets the top spot. This was the best-selling single last week (217 000), while it moves to #11 on Radio Songs chart. "Moves Like Jagger" is the second #1 single in Maroon 5's career and the first #1 hit for Christina in 10 years.
Adam also has another top 10 this week as his collaboration with Gym Class Heroes "Stereo Hearts"  moves to #10, which is the first top 10 hit for this band.
Last week #1 tune, Katy Perry - "Last Friday Night", slides to #5 because of a huge decrease in sales (4-14).

Ove nedelje je čak 5 noviteta među 10 najprodavanijih albuma u Velikoj Britaniji, što odavno nije bio slučaj! Pobednik britanskog "Idola" iz 2002. godine, Will Young, nalazi se na prvom mestu ove nedelje sa njegovim šestim studijskim albumom "Echoes" (65 773). Ovo je njegov treći #1 album.

Iza njega je još jedna reality zvezda, Joe McElderry, sa svojim drugim albumom "Classics" (35 609). 

Drugi album repera Wretch 32 "Black and White" nalazi se četvrtom mestu (24 724) i ovo je njegov najuspešniji album u karijeri za sada, s obzirom na to da njegov prvi album nije dospeo na top-listu.

33. album legendarne Barbare Streisand "What Matters Most" debitovao je na šestom mestu (15 610). Ovo je njen 14. top 10 album.

Treći studijski album indie rok benda Hard-Fi, "Killer Sounds", poslednji je top 10 novitet ove nedelje. Ovaj album stigao je tek do 9. mesta (11 766), što je veliki pad, jer su njihova prethodna dva albuma stigla do prvog mesta.

Što se liste singlova tiče, X-Factor zvezda, Olly Murs, dobio je svoj drugi #1 singl zahvaljujući hitu "Heart Skipps a Beat" (109 151).

Calvin Harrs ponovo nije uspeo da stigne do prvog mesta. Njegov drugi uzastopni #2 singl je "Feel So Close" (87 845).

This week there are 5 new entries in the top 10 albums chart, which hasn't been the case for a long time! The winner of Pop Idol in 2002, Will Young, tops the chart this week with his sixth album "Echoes" (65 773). This is his third chart-topper.

A runner-up is another reality star, Joe McElderry, with his second album "Classics" (35 609).

The second album by a rapper Wretch 32 "Black and White" bows at #4 (24 724) and this is his first charting album.

Barbara Streisand's 33th studio album "What Matters Most" debuts at #6 which is her 14th top 10 album.

Hard-Fi's third studio album, "Killer Sounds", is the last top 10 studio album this week. This album reaches #9 (11 766) which is a huge fall compared to their first two albums that peaked at #1.

As for the singles chart, X-Factor star, Olly Murs, gets his second #1 single thanks to a hit "Heart Skipps a Beat" (109 151).

Calvin Harrs fails again to reach the top spot, so "Feel So Close" becomes his second consecutive #2 single (87 845).
