Bivša lična asistentkinja tuži Lady Gagu / Lady Gaga sued by former personal assistant

Bivša lična asistentkinja Lady Gage, Jennifer O'Neil, tužila je pevačicu zbog, kako tvrdi, duga od 380 000 dolara za 7 168 sati prekovremenog rada. O'Neil je tim povodom izjavila:

"Bila sam zadužena da obezbedim peškire posle njenog tuširanja i služila sam joj kao budilnik. Zahtevala je da počnem sa radom u najranijim jutarnjim časovima, kao i da obavljam zaduženja na stadionima, u privatnim avionima, hotelima, jahtama, vozovima, autobusima... Nisam imala pauze, a nekada nisam ni spavala".

Tim pevačice je odgovorio da su ove optužbe potpuno neosnovane.

Former Lady Gaga's personal assistent, Jennifer O'Neil, filed a lawsuit against the singer because O'Neil claims that she is owned payment of over 380 000$ for 7 168 hours of overtime. O'neil spoke about the case:

"I was responsible for "ensuring the promptness of a towel following a shower and serving as a personal alarm clock. I was expected to be at her service from earliest waking hour and she expected my duties to be extend to stadiums, private jets, fine hotel suites, yachts, ferries, trains and tour buses. I was unable to take breaks or even at times sleep".

The singer's team has refuted allegations and insisted they are "completely without merit". 

Justin Bieber: (It's Not My) Baby!

Noć veštica je očigledno za neke bila prilično traumatično iskustvo. Izvesna Mariah Yeater (20) tvrdi da je njen tromesečni sin dete Justina Biebera (LOL), dok mlada starleta tvrdi da to nije istina. Ipak, advokati devojke (ova sa detetom) kažu da neće odustati od tužbe. Tvrde da imaju dokaze da je Bieber otac (malo bizarno) i traže od njega da preuzmu odgovornost (LOL #2). Ova situacija inspirisala je voditelja i komičara Jimmya Fallona, pa je uz pomoć benda Roots obradio Bieberov hit "Baby" i nazvao "(It's Not My) Baby". Klip pogledajte ispod ovog posta.

Halloween was obviously a very traumatic experience for some. A certain Mariah Yeater (20) claims that her 3-month-old baby is a son of Justin Bieber (LOL), while the young starlet responded that it's not true (obviously! duh!). Still, girl's lawers (the one with the child) say that they have an evidence that Biber is the father (little bizare) and that they won't give up from a lawsuit until he takes his responsibilities (LOL #2). This situation inspired a host and comedian Jimmy Fallon, so he covered Bieber's big hit "Baby" as "(It's Not My) Baby" with a help of Roots. You can check out a clip below 

Belgijska balerina tuži Beyonce / Belgian ballet dancer set to take legal action against Beyonce

Beyonce je (ponovo) optužena za plagijat. Pre nekoliko dana belgijska balerina, Anne Teresa De Keersmaker, optužila je Beyonce da je bez njene dozvole potpuno iskopirala deo njenog čuvenog plesa, Rosas Danst Rosa, za potrebe spota "Countdown".

Jedna od rediteljki spota, Adria Petty, ovo nije porekla, ali je dodala da se na taj način promoviše balet.

Ipak, čuvena balerina razmišlja o tužbi i njen PR je tim povodom izjavio:

"Primetili smo više od nekoliko sličnosti. Prosledili smo detalje našem advokatu kako bismo ostvarili svoja prava".

Po objavljivanju spornog spota, balerina je objavila video kojim potkrepljuje svoje tvrdnje i koji možete pogledati ispod ovog posta.

Beyonce is (once again) accused for a plagiarism. Few days ago Belgian ballet dancer,  Anne Teresa De Keersmaker, accused Beyonce for ripping-of parts of her famous,  Rosas Danst Rosa, dance for "Countdown" video without a permission.

One of the video directors, Adria Petty,  didn't deny this but she also added that the video will introduce contemporary ballet to a massive new audience.
Still, the famous ballet dancer is thinking about a lawsuit according to her spokeperson who said:

“We noticed more than a few resemblances to the film. We have passed the details to our lawyer to see about our rights.”

After the video premiere, the ballet dancer posted her own video to prove her claims and you can watch it below.

Lady Gaga tuži kozmetičku kompaniju zbog zloupotrebe njenog imena / Lady Gaga files lawsuit against cosmetics company over name trade

Lady Gaga tuži američku kompaniju za proizvonju kozmetike, Excite Worldwide LLC, zbog korišćenja njenog imena bez dozvole. Ona tvrdi da su njeno ime pokušali da patentirju za potrebe promocije njihovih proizvoda. Dokumenta američke agencije za patente pokazuju da je ovaj zahtev odbijen.

Pevačica kaže da je tužbu podnela jer ne želi da neko pomisli da je povezana sa proizvodima ove kompanije. Međutim, nije precezirano koliku sumu traži.

Lady Gaga is suing US cosmetic company, Excite Worldwide LLC, for trading her name without a permission. The singer stating the company applied without her permission to trademark her name for their products. U.S. Patent and Trademark Office records show the applications haven't been approved.
The singer says that she doesn't want customers to think that she's affiliated with products of the company, so she's seeking unspecified damages.

Lady Gagi preti tužba zbog plagijata? / Lady Gaga to face a lawsuit over a plagiarism?

Jedan producent iz Južne Koreje izjavio je da će tužiti Lady Gagu zbog pesme Born This Way jer veruje da je veoma slična pesmi Be Happy koju je uradio za tamošnji bend SNSD. 

Ovaj producent je rekao da će prvo pokušati da stupi u kontakt sa Gaginom izdavačkom kućom kako bi rešio problem, a ako ne uspe, predaću tužbu. U nastavku posta poslušajte snimak obe pesme i ocenite ima li osnova za tužbu.

Podsećam da su mnogi ovu pesmu po objavljivanju poredili i sa Madoninim velikom hitom iz 1989. godine Express Yourself.

One producer from South Korea said that he would sue Lady Gaga because of a song Born This Way because he believes it's too similar to a song Be Happy which he did for a local band SNSD.

This producer said that he will try to contact her publishing company in order to resolve this problem. If he doesn't succeed, he'll file a lawsuit. Below you can hear both songs and judge yourself if there's a reason for a lawsuit.
