Njen partner će najverovatnije biti Leonardo DiCaprio. Ovo je treći rimejk legendarnog filma iz 1937. godine sa Janet Gaynor i Fredricom Marchom u glavnim ulogama, a priča je obnovljena 1954. godine (Judy Garland i James Mason) i 1976. (Barbara Streisand i Kris Kristofferson).
Beyonce kaže da obožava Eastwooda i da joj je velika čast što će se pojaviti baš u ovom filmu jer joj je jedan od omiljenih.

Beyonce, during her Good Morning America appearance, confirmed that that she accepted a role in a new version of "A Star Is Born" movie which will be directed by Clint Eastwood. Her partner will most probably be Leonardo DiCaprio. This is the third remake of a legendary movie from 1937 starring Janet Gaynor and Fredric March.
