Britney se prvi put udala 2004. godine, za svog druga iz detinjstva Jasona Alexandera, ali je taj brak poništen posle 55 sati. Iste godine udala se za igrača Kevina Federlina, sa kojim ima dva sina, ali se taj brak neslavno okončao 2007.
