Ovo je druga najbolja nedeljna prodaja ove godine. Oni se nalaze iza Lady Gage čiji je album "Born This Way" prodat u 1.1 miliona primeraka u prvoj nedelji. "Watch the Throne" je 12. #1 album za Jay-Zija i 5. za Kanye Westa.
Američki country pevač, Luke Bryan, nalazi se na drugom mestu sa svojim trećim albumom "Tailgates & Tanlines" (145 000), što su najbolja pozicija i najbolja nedeljna prodaja u njegovoj karijeri.
Kompilacija "Now 39" debitovala je na trećem mestu (110 000), dok je prošlonedeljni #1 album "21" od Adele po prvi put od objavljivanja u februaru van top 3 (4. mesto, 73 000).
U top 10 je još jedan novitet - album repera Ace Hooda "Blood Sweet + Tears" stigao je do osmog mesta (26 000) što su njegov prvi top 10 album i najbolja prodaja u karijeri.
Nedavno emitovani koncert mlade Jackie Evancho i popust u Targetu na njen album "Dream With Me" pomogli su joj da se vrati u top 10 (9. mesto, 26 000).
Što se liste singlova tiče, Katy Perry je postala prva žena i tek drugi izvođač u istoriji koji ima 5 #1 hitova na Billboard Hot 100. Ovim je izjednačila rekord sa Michaelom Jacksonom koji je imao isti broj #1 pesama sa albuma "Bad" iz 1987. Njen poslednji hit "Last Friday Night (T. G. I. F.)" bio je najslušaniji na radio-stanicama u zemlji prošle nedelje. Zahvaljujući remiksu sa Missy Elliot, ova pesma je po prodaji skočila sa petog na četvrto mesto.
Foster the People i njihov single "Pumped Up Kicks" dospeli su do osmog mesta ove nedelje, što je njihov prvi top 10 hit.

This is the second best opening week behind Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" which was sold in 1.1M copies in its first week. "Watch the Throne" is the 12th #1 for Jay-Z and the 5th for Kanye.

As for the singles chart, Katy Perry becomes the first woman and the second artist overall to have 5 #1 hits in Billboard Hot 100 from one album. With this she matches Michael Jackson's record who also had the same amount of #1 songs from his album "Bad" in 1987. Her latest hit "Last Friday Night (T. G. I. F.)" keeps #1 on Radio Songs chart and thanks to a remix with Missy Elliot moves 5-4 in Digital Songs chart.
To 10 new entry this week comes from Foster the People and their single "Pumped Up Kicks" at #8 - their first top 10 hit.
